What was the highlight of Pullman Tokyo Tamachi
Perfect base for Tokyo exploration
The rooms were spacious, homely, clean and comfortable. Tamachi is not too far from Ginza, but a bit further away from hotspots like Shibuya and Roppongi. Thankfully the subway is a short 5 minute walk away. Probably the biggest takeaway from our stay at the Pullman was the standard of service and care taken over every request we had. I’ve never had such brilliant service from a hotel before both pre, post and during my stay.

Will stay there again.
The welcome and attention given to us by an exceptional young lady at reception. I have travelled extensively for well over fifty years staying in numerous hotels and have never seen anyone who could compete with her. I’m not sure of her name, but I think it was something like Floris.
Same old story: shower over the bath and a Donald without a top sheet.
